10 Reasons Why I Want to Reach and Maintain My Goal Weight!

  1. I want to be healthy!
  2. I want to have energy and stamina to play with my kids!
  3. I want to buy clothes that I LIKE - NOT just clothes that fit!
  4. I want pictures of my family... with ME in them!
  5. I want to feel sexy!
  6. I want to be a good example for my girls!
  7. I want to look like I deserve to be a nurse ~ Healthy!
  8. I want to prove to myself that I CAN do it!
  9. I wnat to be happy with myself, not ashamed!
  10. I want to stop hiding the real me!
